So while "likes" and "followers" (vanity metrics) can offer helpful signals, we focus on meaningful data such as engagement quality, website clicks, lead conversions, reach within key audiences, and more. Each month, we track what matters most to your growth so you get clear insights and real value.

Do you specialize in any industries?

While we work across many industries, we’re especially strong in human-centered, trust-driven businesses. These include health and wellness, HR and B2B professional services, home building, adventure tourism, food and hospitality, and automotive. What matters most is that you’re a  business ready to grow with strategic, consistent content. That’s where we do our best work.

Do you create the content too — like the photos and videos?

Most of our clients provide their own content or have internal teams to capture it, while we provide the strategies and systems that make that process easier: from guides and scripts to organized workflows for collecting content from your team.

If you need a more hands-on approach, photography and short-form video production can be added to your package. Our team is based in Edmonton and can be on-site for local shoots. For projects outside the area, we’ll chat to see if we’re the right fit and discuss any applicable travel fees.

We’ll also guide you on which platforms best support your goals.

Will I have input in the content?

Absolutely. We create content calendars in advance and build in time for your collaboration, feedback, and approval.

What if I don’t have an established brand or brand guide?

If your brand is still taking shape, we may recommend starting with a brand consultation before jumping into social media management. A strong foundation makes all the difference, and we’ve seen time and time again how defining your voice, visuals, and positioning up front leads to more effective content and better results. Do you offer influencer marketing or UGC (user-generated content) support?

We do, but always through a strategic lens. Instead of chasing trends, we help integrate influencer partnerships and UGC into your broader content strategy in ways that feel aligned and authentic. From identifying local collaborators to sourcing brand-aligned content from your audience, we’ll help you boost reach, build trust, and add variety. Please note that influencer fees are not included in our subscription pricing, as rates vary by creator.

Do you offer advertising or boosted posts?

Yes! We recommend boosting or promoting posts strategically based on your business goals and overall content strategy. You can choose to include a monthly social media ad budget within your subscription or boost individual posts on an as-needed basis for an additional fee. We’ll guide you on when and where to invest so your ad spend delivers the best possible results.
